Jose Socrates visited the company's booth at PorTI 2007 exhibition. ALERT was one of the Portuguese companies from the IT sector to be invited to participate in PorTI 2007, an event organized by the Portuguese Ministry of Economy to promote the best of Portugal in Information Technologies.

The Prime Minister was shown the main potentialities and characteristics of ALERT®, a solution that aims to eliminate paper in clinical environments.

With Jose Socrates were Manuel Pinho - Portuguese Minister of Economy and Innovation -, and Carlos Zorrinho - Technological Plan and Lisbon Strategy coordinator.

The initiative happens during the Portuguese Presidency of the European Union to promote the country and Portuguese companies.
