The process started in the last quarter of 2008, when the public tender for the Chilean Framework Program started. As a result, ALERT won this tender and has been officially notified on January 5, 2009.

The resolution allows all of the 28 Chilean Health Services to buy ALERT's products with funds coming from the Central Government. Those products have been already approved trough this tender. This becomes the start or ALERT's participation as IT provider for the Chilean Health System, following our proposed products having achieved their highest technical qualifications.

Only 4 of 19 initial companies have been accepted to participate in the Framework, showing, once more, the world-class quality of ALERT's products. Some of the Chilean Health Services have already contacted ALERT asking for private demos, just one day after the resolution had been made public.
