On June 26, 2014, ALERT® v2. was updated to v2. in Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) in the USA.

With ALERT®'s new version, which operates in TCRHCC's  emergency and inpatient services, a new simplified profile is available to the nurse, which includes a new equally simplified way to access and document information (nursing notes areas). The respiratory therapist and the dietitian profiles were also improved. The crisis machine and interfaces with the facility's administrative, radiology and laboratory  systems were equally updated.

This update was carried out, for the first time, using the ALERT® NEAR ZERO DOWNTIME (NZD) process, which allows for operations with minimum downtime in the application. The ALERT® EDIS, ALERT® INPATIENT and ALERT® AUDIT TRAIL solutions, which operate at that healthcare facility, were benefited.

The emergency services at TCRHCC process a monthly average of 3 070 episodes and the facility registers an average of 290 inpatient episodes per month.

TCRHCC, a Joint Commission accredited health center, provides services to a 6 000 square mile area and serves as a referral center for the western part of the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. Services provided to the community include comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, emergency services, dental and ophthalmology services, orthopedics, OB/GYN, oral surgery, eye surgery, and urological procedures.
