ALERT Life Sciences Computing, Inc. is proud to announce a contract for the implementation of ALERT® PAPER FREE HOSPITAL at Tuba City Regional Healthcare Corporation located in Tuba City, Arizona.  

ALERT Life Sciences Computing will provide Tuba City Regional Healthcare Corporation with the ALERT® PAPER FREE HOSPITAL solution which includes: ALERT® OUTPATIENT, ALERT® EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM, ALERT® INPATIENT, ALERT® OPERATING ROOM INFORMATION SYSTEM, and ALERT® NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER for remote and centralized performance monitoring.

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC), a Joint Commission accredited health center, provides services to a 4 400 square mile area and serves as a referral center for the western part of the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. TCRHCC is located in the western portion of the Navajo Reservation in Tuba City Arizona. Tuba City is the Navajo Nation’s largest community by zip code. The unique community of Tuba City offers a culturally rich environment. The Native American tribes located and served here are the Navajo, Hopi, and San Juan Southern Paiute, as well as other federally recognized tribes. It is the second largest hospital within the Indian Health Services (IHS) systems.  

TCRHCC provides 55 clinical and 36 support departments, with several hundred types of patient diagnostic and treatment procedures. Clinical services provided at TCRHCC include a comprehensive 73 bed inpatient unit, 24 hour emergency room, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Surgery and Anesthesiology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Dental, Podiatry, Cardiac Rehabilitation, ENT, Urology, Inpatient Dialysis, Internal Medicine, Health Promotion & Disease Prevention programs, Mental Health and Psychiatry, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Care, Telemedicine, Nutrition, Dental, Audiology and more. TCRHCC’s goal is to have a totally integrated electronic healthcare record system hospital by 2011.
