On February 28, ALERT Life Sciences Computing, S.A. signed a contract with the Portuguese Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Sociedade Portuguesa de Medicina Física e de Reabilitação – SPMFR) for the development of its new website.

The ceremony took place at ALERT's head office in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, and present at the ceremony were Jorge Laíns MD (CEO of SPMFR) and Miguel Rocha (ALERT’s Board of Directors).

With this project, which will contribute to the expansion of the biggest online national health network, SPMFR will supply their associates with a communication tool and a Web service. SPMFR’s mission will be reinforced with its new website which, through the news, clinical cases, scheduled events, information concerning common pathologies and Practitioner’s lists, will render up-to-date quality information to all those interested in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

The new website will be unveiled to associates during the 10th National SPMFR Meeting, which will take place from March 12 to 14, in Viseu.
