An internal tool has been available, since May, to enable ALERT employees to share cars when travelling to and from work. This and other measures meet the company’s continuous commitment in preserving the environment.
ALERT implemented an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety and Health, and is certified according to the following norms: ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001:2007 specifications (Occupational Safety and Health Management).
Additionally, the company has published its Environmental Statement’s second update according to Regulation (EC) No 1221/2009 of The European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 (EMAS -Eco Management Audit Scheme).
ALERT is registered in the Community Eco Management and Audit Scheme under no. PT-000102.
