ALERT® OUTPATIENT went live at the Medical Specialties Center of Santa Casa Group as planned at the beginning of the project. In this way, ALERT met the expectation, time and scope agreed upon with the client. 

 

The 87-day project involved analysis, integration, parameterization and training of more than 350 professionals with the aim to support 30 different specialties available to the population of the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte. 

 

Professionals of the Emergency Room of São Lucas Hospital have begun training. This institution will be one of the first services of the Santa Casa Group Supplementary Medicine to achieve a “paper-free” status.
