ALERT® OUTPATIENT went live at Instituto de Cardiología y Medicina Vascular in Monterrey

On October 26, 2011, ALERT® OUTPATIENT went live at the Instituto de Cardiología y Medicina Vascular (ICMV), one of the healthcare facilities of TEC Salud of the Sistema Tecnológico de Monterrey.


Located in the city of Monterrey - Nuevo León, in Mexico, ICMV provides high quality healthcare services and is specialized in Cardiology and Vascular Medicine.


ICMV is endowed with state-of-the-art technology and top clinical professionals, who are regarded as the best in their medical practice.


This healthcare facility provides ambulatory and inpatient care to an average of ten thousand patients per year, and their staff performs more than six thousand non-invasive procedures every year. ICMV relies on more than 90 healthcare professionals, 40 of which are cardiologists with different subspecialties.


This is the first time that ALERT® was installed in Mexico, where it integrates with different information systems, namely, Laboratory (LIS), Radiology (RIS), Admission (ADT) and Billing systems. Soon ALERT® OUTPATIENT will also integrate with the healthcare facility’s Pharmacy System.
