ALERT® MANCHESTER, a solution for the triage of patients in Emergency Services went live on July 22, 2009, at Risoleta Tolentino Neves Hospital, in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

The Risoleta Tolentino Neves Hospital, the second largest Emergency Services of the State of Minas Gerais in terms of numbers of patients received, processes an average of 300 emergency episodes per day. It serves a population of 1.1 million inhabitants.

The implementation of ALERT® MANCHESTER in this hospital is part of the Minas Gerais Secretary of State for Health project to improve the performance of the Emergency Services in this state.
