ALERT® MANCHESTER, a patient triage solution for the Emergency Services, and ALERT® EDIS, a solution for the management of the Emergency Services, went live at Janaúba Regional Hospital (JRH), in Minas Gerais, on August 6 and 7, 2009, respectively.

Located in Janaúba, a city in the north of Minas Gerais, JRH integrates the city's only Emergency Services, which processes an average of 1 800 emergency episodes every month. Over 101 professionals at this hospital received training in ALERT® during the implementation process.

The computerization of Janaúba Regional Hospital´s Emergency Services is part of the Minas Gerais Secretary of State for Health project, which aims at improving the performance of the Emergency Services in that state.
