Outstanding payment from Outros Mercadus

To whom it may concern:
We constructed the Singapore office through the Portuguese designer Outros Mercadus 2 years ago. Till today we still have a substantial amount of balance payment due.
Mr Luis Aguiar of Outros Mercadus claims that he is not getting payment from Alert and resulted in our payment as well.
We hope that this issue can be clarified and settled through Alert Portugal.
Thank you.
