CEO - North America (m/f)
The CEO will be responsible for fulfilling a critical leadership role in business development, sales and implementation of the Company's suite of products (ALERT®) in North American Healthcare Institutions;
S/he will be responsible for the successful implementation of the Group's strategic management and vision at a local level through the implementation, delivery, maintenance and completion of all major business programs and official management processes and procedures.
Main responsibilities include management and compliance with an established business plan and budget, as well as with legal requirements;
Moreover, s/he will be responsible for creating and maintaining cross-functional lines to report to corporate headquarters and facilitate internal communication;
The CEO will report to ALERT's Board of Directors.
Knowledge and thorough understanding of Healthcare processes;
Relevant experience in Healthcare IT and Biomedical Industry is preferred;
Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage a multidisciplinary team;
Experience in developing licensing and strategic partnerships;
Ability to work in a highly demanding and extremely agile environment with constringent deadlines;
Total availability to travel as needed;
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
