ALERT® ERP's Financial Management module operational at Espírito Santo Hospital in Portugal

ALERT® ERP's Financial Management (ALERT® ERP-FIN) module has been operational at Espírito Santo Hospital in Évora since the beginning of the current year. This Go Live is part of the global implementation project of ALERT® ERP at this facility. ALERT® ERP-FIN now coexists with two other modules: Fixed Asset Management (ALERT® ERP-FAM) and Facilities and Equipment Management (ALERT® ERP-FEM), which have been implemented at this facility since 2008.

ALERT® ERP-FIN allows hospitals to efficiently manage their financial transactions in their various dimensions: budgeting, assets, analytical and treasury. The following functionalities deserve particular attention:

• Expense cycle management

• Processing of revenue

• Automatic features and templates for log book entries

• Generation of payment proposals based on personalized criteria

• Record and control of total or partial billing

• Bank reconciliation

• Cost and profit redistribution matrix

• Personalized economic and financial performance analysis reports

• Integration with Microsoft Office

• Generation of legal maps and files to support filling in of tax returns
