The fixed assets module ALERT® ERP (ALERT®ERP Fixed Assets Management) went live at the Póvoa de Varzim-Vila do Conde Hospital Center (PVVCHC) on February 18, 2011.
The computerization project of the hospital assets of PVVCHC began with its fiscal and accounting inventory. During the second semester of 2010, more than 9 100 assets were inventoried and valued in accordance with the Register and Inventory of Assets of the State (Directive no. 671/2000 of April 17) with the use of ALERT® ERP Mobile Inventory and ALERT® ERP FA Inventory Portal, which are support tools used in the inventory process.
After a week of training, the employees of the mentioned hospital centre were able to create, classify and value 50 fixed assets by using ALERT®ERP Fixed Assets Management.
