ALERT® CARE went live in 8 basic healthcare units in Rio de Janeiro

ALERT® CARE went live last Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at 8 basic healthcare units in the scope of the Viva Rio project in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.


The units of Esperança, 14 de Julho, Vila do João, Gustavo Capanema, Hélio Smith, Elis Regina/Nova Holanda, Samora Machel and Nagib Jorge Farah are part of the 3.1 planning area of Rio de Janeiro, which covers 28 neighborhoods with an estimated population of 895 000 people.


These institutions are managed by the “Viva Comunidade” social organization, which is the second largest health organization in Rio de Janeiro.
