ALERT® CARE went live at 4 healthcare units in Rio de Janeiro

ALERT® CARE went live at 4 healthcare units of the “Viva Rio” project on March 18, 2011, in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.

 

The Augusto Boal, José Cândido, Sereno and Rodrigo Roig units are part of the 3.1 planning area in Rio de Janeiro's municipality, which covers 28 neighborhoods with an estimated population of 895 000 people. As a whole these units serve 1 119 patients per month.

 

These institutions are managed by the “Viva Comunidade” social organization, which is the second largest health organization in Rio de Janeiro.
