Business Change Manager – London (M/F)
Job Description:
Coordinate Business Change activities in relation to specific Healthcare IT implementation projects;
Identify business requirements and align those to the functional roadmap;
Develop, manage and monitor benefit approaches, communication plans and activities;
Develop engagement and planning activities covering clinical, operational and IT stakeholders;
Support development of business plans, projects, benefits and other related activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree level education;
- Relevant change management experience covering technology, business and process change, ideally in the NHS;
- Customer-oriented and independent problem-solving abilities;
- Efficient communication/negotiation skills;
- High flexibility and tolerance for change;
- Prince 2 or PMI certified or similar;
- Willingness and availability to travel nationally & internationally;
- Must have valid UK work permit and be entitled to work in the UK on a permanent basis;
- Employment subject to satisfactory Criminal Records Bureau disclosure.
